The 12:29 Foundation and photography studio was founded after the suicide of our oldest daughter in 2016. After her passing our family closed our Custom Motorcycle shop of 15 plus years and with the help of volunteers we built 1229 studios.
Jocelyn loved photography and she used it as an outlet. One of her dreams was to own her own photography studio and help others get in the industry.
Our hope is that this foundation will help others like our daughter by providing a creative space that doesn't discourage growth because of high cost. Our goal is to complete our 501c3 status which will allow us to broaden our reach and seek more funding to insure anyone that may need this service will never be turned away because of lack of money.
Are you passionate about life, and the good that is in it? Are you a good listener and can listen without passing judgement? We believe in providing those that need us an outlet rather its just a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on or just someone to sit with. We want to be that lifeline whenever we can. Our services do not impose nor do we force any conversation, We are here for anyone in need of a listening ear including persons suffering from depression, or bullying or those that may be under the pressure of life to fit in or succeed based on society pressures. With our photography and mentoring we also provide a way to channel some mental energy into art, that is what our Angel Jocelyn did. If you are wanting to help let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We're excited to have you join the team!
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you. Photography was Jocelyn's life and we will continue what she started.
We are dedicated to helping improve the lives of those who need us. Your contribution today can help us make a difference.
